Link layer byte count in UnixStreamFace, TcpFace, UdpFace, MulticastUdpFace

Description
Increment link layer byte counters on sending path and receiving path of UnixStreamFace, TcpFace, UdpFace, MulticastUdpFace.
The counters need not distinguish between network layer packet types.
