Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. send 40 faces/create commands at the same time, with 8 unique FaceUris. All FaceUris are udp4 with DNS names; the remote endpoints have running NFD instances.

Expected: All commands succeed.

Actual: With high probability, the last 6 commands fail with "face creation error".
