Bug #2140

- Project changed from NFD to ndn-cxx

I believe I have fixed my problem. I can't say what exactly fixed it but I had to manually remove all previous NDN bits I could find and do a completely clean install of nfd 0.2.0 and ndn-cxx 0.2.0. I'm not sure if there is an uninstall script or a manifest from which one could be created. I don't see an uninstall on the install page.

I think port-installation should "legitimately" fail with XCode 6.1, as version 0.2.0 has not been tested with it and it introduced several problems to our code base.
I'm planning to upgrade ports to the version that is known to work, but this has yet to be done.

MacPorts definitions has been upgraded to -dev release, so this task no longer relevant.
