EventEmitter has a big impact on other projects that are currently using it. I'm ok with deletion of it in 0.4, but it should happen almost before the release, not anywhere close to the beginning of 0.4 version cycle.

I did a simple test and found that ndnSIM is still using EventEmitter. This is reported as ndnSIM Bug #2882.

20150825 conference call decides that this issue should be completed after 0.3.4 release but before 0.4.0 release.
