Description

Initial version of NDN-TLV spec contains "comparison to CCNx 0.7.2" sections throughout the document.

These sections are becoming less relevant over time.

The comparison should be deleted from main sections, and only be kept in "Changes since CCNx 0.7.2" section.

Optionally, they can be collected and published as a separate document.
