Description

With hyperbolic routing, route calculation should only be performed when Coordinate LSAs change or the router’s own Adjacency LSA changes.

As HR does not consider links among other nodes, a non-direct neighbor's changing adjacency LSA will not change a non-direct neighbor's routing table.
