Description
Release ndn-cxx, NFD, ndn-tools version 0.4.0.
- write release notes, and update
docs/release-notes-latest.rst symlink
- increment version number in
wscript
- publish source and binary packages
- send announcement
20150701 conference call decides to make 0.4.0 release after NDNLPv2 is implemented.
Release date will be decided after that.
If necessary, 0.3.4 release can be injected before 0.4.0.
