Steps to reproduce:

  1. open Redmine sign-in page
  2. click OpenID button
  3. in "Enter your OpenID" textbox, enter http://phpmyid.com
  4. click Sign-In button

Expected: OpenID sign-in workflow is initiated

Actual: nothing happens

I tried with launchpad openid and everything worked perfectly.

phpmyid.com is discontinued.
My own server (base on same code as phpmyid.com) is failing on https://openid-consumer.appspot.com/.
me.yahoo.com is working properly.

I think this issue can close now.
