Steps to reproduce:

  1. open Redmine sign-in page
  2. click OpenID button
  3. in "Enter your OpenID" textbox, enter http://phpmyid.com
  4. click Sign-In button

Expected: OpenID sign-in workflow is initiated

Actual: nothing happens
