Face logging

Description
Write logs from Face, including:
- Interest/Data/Nack processing
- InterestFilter operations
- PendingInterest record operations
- transport connect/pause/resume/disconnect
The log format should be designed to be suitable for both human readers and script consumption.

Logging of Interest/Data/Nack processing is done during Mar 2016 hackathon, and these code can be reused.

https://gerrit.named-data.net/4087 adds logging for Interest/Data/Nack processing and InterestFilter operations.
I feel logging for PendingInterest record operations isn't necessary because those operations always accompany Interest/Data/Nack processing.
Logging for transport connect/pause/resume/disconnect is to be added into Transport in another commit.
