docs/source/cs.rst says:

NFD's content store implementation takes full consideration of Interest selectors, however is not yet flexible when it comes to cache replacement policies.

This statement is no longer accurate since ndnSIM 2.1, which uses a fork on NFD 0.3.4 that contains a ContentStore policy API #2219.
