Prepare Nlsr to be compatible with v2::security.

The existing KeyChain will be completely removed soon. I suggest instead of this issue is to prepare NLSR to work with v2::KeyChain (already merged) and v2::Validator interface (not yet merged, but available on gerrit).

The v2 certificate system has changed significantly, and the certificate cache relies heavily on v1 security methods. The certificate system will need to be refactored, and will also require that the validator system change.
