Replacement policies for PIT (Pending Interest Table)

Description
Dear All,
Replacement policies were there in PIT previously. Later Replacement concept are removed from PIT(i think).
I just want to know, if it is removed then why??

Neither NFD nor ccnd 0.x has ever had PIT replacement policy. Plans of adding such policy is discussed in #1301.

You can see in the above links, they have mentioned PIT Replacement policies.

They have not mentioned about replacement policies.
I am curious about why they are not considering the replacement policies..
could you please explain me the reason

These links are about old version of ndnSIM, which is unrelated to NFD. You are in NFD issue tracker. As I explained, NFD has plans to add PIT replacement policies in #1301.
