closedChronoSync unit tests somehow use the ChronoSync installed in the system

Description
If a change (say addition of a cout statement) is made in local repo of ChronoSync and the unit tests are executed without installing ChronoSync the cout statement is not shown.

That's expected. You need to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH=build
or something like that if you want the unit-tests binary to use the library in build/
. This is not a bug (technically we could add a RPATH to the executable(s), but that comes with its own set of problems).
