Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. ndnsec key-gen /identity
  2. ndnsec export /identity -o mykey.ndnkey, type "1" as passphrase twice
  3. ndnsec delete /identity
  4. ndnsec import mykey.ndnkey, type "2" as passphrase

Actual: segfault in ndn::security::v2::KeyChain::importSafeBag
