nfdc: TAB completion for command names

Description
In order to improve usability of nfdc command, the command should provide a TAB completion function to give hints on available commands.
For example, after typing nfdc face, pressing TAB gives “nfdc face list, nfdc face create, nfdc face destroy”.
This issue only provides TAB completion for command names. Separate issues will provide TAB completion for command parameters.
