Release ndn-cxx and NFD version 0.6.2
- write release notes, update
docs/release-notes-latest.rstsymlink, add entry indocs/releases.rst - increase version number in
wscript - create and push git tags
- publish source and binary packages
- update documentation on named-data.net (generate documentation for the released version, update symlinks to "current", update version in github hook)
- send announcement
