Tianxing, looks like #4612 is coming along good. You can also start working on this NLSR change in parallel.
"NLSR ignores the endianness problem. Which means NLSR is already broken if you run it between machines of different endianness. That is a bug, and switching to ndn-cxx's encoding routines would fix it." - Davida
