ping unexpectedly starts after reopening app

Description
If you start and stop pinging in NFD-Android, press home, and then reopen NFD-Android, the ping starts again and cannot be stopped after that

If you start and stop pinging in NFD-Android, press home, and then reopen NFD-Android, the ping starts again and cannot be stopped after that
Did the ping stop when you first press STOP button, or was it not stopped in the first place but the UI stopped displaying the log?
You can find out by looking at the log from ndnpingserver.
The ping does stop when I first press the STOP button (I have the forwarder debug on NFD on the Raspberry Pi being pinged, and can see that the pings do stop after I press the STOP button and resume when I relaunch the application).
