Description
Release ndn-cxx and NFD version 0.6.5 (skipped version for ndn-cxx)
- Write release notes, update docs/release-notes-latest.rst symlink, add entry in docs/releases.rst
- Increase version number in wscript
- Create and push git tags
- Publish source and binary packages
- Update documentation on named-data.net (generate documentation for the released version, update symlinks to "current", update version in github hook)
- Send announcement

I notice that the release appeared in ppa-dev. What's blocking it from going into the main PPA?
