Description

In today's (2021-07-30) call, we decided to simplify the ForwardingHint and LinkObject by dropping the Preference field. The preference will be expressed simply through the order in which the delegation name prefixes appear in the packet. Moreover, the Delegation wrapper TLV can also be eliminated and the ForwardingHint becomes just an ordered list of Name TLVs.
