mGuard

In the current design, the mGuard controller doesn't support policies with the requester's name prefixes. For example, even if all the users under a prefix, say /edu/memphis/netlab, have the same policy, each of these users' names needs to be specified in the policy.

requester-names     /edu/memphis/netlab/A, /edu/memphis/netlab/B ... /edu/memphis/netlab/N
....

After this change, the above policy can be written as;

policy-id           0
requester-names     /edu/memphis/netlab
....
