NDN project (https://named-data.net) would like to request allocation of IPv4 multicast address from AD-HOC Block I (for example, the yet unassigned 224.0.23.182) and IPv6 variable scope multicast address (for example FF0X:0:0:0:0:0:0:301 or any other unassigned).
For reference in the registry, please use the NDN projects website (https://named-data.net) and my email (Alex Afanasyev aa@cs.fiu.edu).

I am uncertain whether the request has been approved. For coding purpose, we can start using the requested addresses.
