Description

Update RibMgmt protocol spec to permit remote prefix registration.

Currently ControlCommand is defined to be under /localhost/nfd namespace, which makes remote prefix registration impossible in the protocol.

There is already server-side implementation for remote prefix registration; this Task is to make the protocol permit the implementation in nrd.
