NDN packet does not define Interest.Selectors.AnswerOriginKind and it should not be used in the code

Description
Boolean MustBeFresh should be used explicitly.

NDN-CCL issue. Essentially duplicates #2575. Related to deprecating support for NDNx. See responses to other related issues.
I created this in jndn. In my opinion, jndn should not have had support for ndnx as it was deprecated at the time of development of jndn.

Sorry, my mistake - I forgot it was in jNDN.
This will be deprecated, then removed as #2624 is completed; a note will be made in that issue.

This should have been closed when #2624 was closed. AnswerOriginKind was removed.
