Update install script - latest mininet code

Description
Update the install.sh script to automatically install the latest version available of Mininet, instead of a fixed version.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Priority changed from Normal to High
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
Removed 'mn' file from Mini-CCNx folder (at /bin) and removed it's entry in the setup.py script. Also changed the Install rule in the Makefile accordingly.
Now the install.sh script pushes the latest Mininet code from their repository and installs it. Then it installs only the Mini-CCNx core and should be working fine.
Not thoroughly tested though.
