- write release notes
- increment version number in
wscript
- publish source and binary packages
- send announcement

20150330 conference call decides to skip the 20150402 release date because "there aren't enough significant changes", and move this release to 20150501.

Actually, we didn't yet published source tarballs. I'll keep it open until then.
