After merging https://gerrit.named-data.net/2691, I notice that nfdc register stops working.
It turns out that RibManager registers itself as /localhost/nfd in FIB, so that commands under /localhost/nfd/rib could go to NFD management rather than NFD-RIB.

https://gerrit.named-data.net/2916 fixes this problem and adds a test assertion.
