Face::getFaceStatus and ForwarderCounters::copyTo are eliminated during #3177.
FaceManager and ForwarderStatusManager are responsible for populating the FaceStatus and ForwarderStatus structs from counters.
This task is to improve the tests for FaceManager and ForwarderStatusManager so that the dataset contents and counter values are verified.

https://gerrit.named-data.net/c/NFD/+/5019 adds testing of the produced FaceStatus to Mgmt/TestFaceManager/Datasets/FaceDataset.
Link service properties are not checked because the dummy faces created in the test case do not use GenericLinkService.
