Persistent Face and Route configuration

Description
In Face and Route creation dialog add "Create after restart" checkbox. If checked, parameters should be recorded in NFD-android persistent settings and after NFD-android is restarted (NFD service is restarted, not NFD-app), the face and routes are re-created.

There's a design choice here: if the operator enters a non-canonical FaceUri that has a DNS name, do you record the FaceUri before canonization or after canonization?
I suggest recording the original FaceUri, so that DNS changes can be picked up.

The answer to note-4 is that we should record the original FaceUri as it was typed by the user (we had an offline chat with Haitao about this).
