ndncatchunks: change default version discovery to 'iterative'

Description

When using the command "ndncatchunks /testfile" I would expect that it retrieves the whole file named "testfile". However, currently it gives the error:

ERROR: The specified name must contain a version component when using fixed version discovery

This can be fixed by changing the default version discovery to 'iterative'.
