https://gerrit.named-data.net/3928 adapts the codebase to v2::KeyChain, and disables old validator.
Integrated tests WatchDelete test case is failing but I do not have any clue how it works. It will not block Jenkins build, however.

ndn-cxx Change 3646 eliminates v1 ValidatorNull which I started in note-2 using as a temporary solution before the replacement of ValidatorConfig is available. Unfortunately, there is no easy workaround. The proper solution to this is #4129, but I do not have the energy to work on that.
I'll no longer work on this issue. If your deployment depends on a repository, consider switching to repo-sql which I will continue to maintain.
