Replace constructor arguments with an Options object

Description
To stop the constructor arguments from exploding.
Corresponding change for NLSR should also be made.

I also got rid of the concept of "first user node".
There's no fundamental difference between first and subsequent user nodes.
Hence, the application should just invoke addUserNode for each user node, as the example application is already doing.
